By registering a ticket on this website you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Notice.

"Comex Gives You the Best Coverage" is the 2026 holiday promotion of Comex Belize, with 5 draws between 5 October 2026 and 30 January 2027. These terms cover draw 1 of 5.

1. Promotion period for this draw

Purchases and registrations for this draw run from Monday 5 October 2026 to Sunday 8 November 2026, Belize time. Registrations close at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday 8 November 2026. The draw will take place on Monday 9 November 2026. Registration for the next draw opens the following day.

2. Who can take part

  • The promotion is open to every customer who buys at a participating Comex store, including end consumers, painters and professional contractors. Every participant takes part in all 5 draws.
  • Participants under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Prizes won by minors will be delivered to their parent or legal guardian.
  • [OPTIONAL: Employees of Belize Comex Paint, its store staff and their immediate families are not eligible to take part.]

3. Participating stores

All Comex stores in Belize listed on this website are participating stores.

4. How to take part

  1. Buy at any participating Comex store during the promotion period of this draw.
  2. Register your ticket on this website with your phone number, name, ticket number, purchase date and store.
  3. Keep your original ticket. It is required to claim a prize.

5. Entries and accumulation

  • You receive one entry for every BZD 180 in accumulated purchases, based on the amounts of your registered tickets.
  • You may register as many valid tickets as you like. Each ticket can be registered only once; a ticket is identified by its ticket number, store and purchase date.
  • All entries registered under the same phone number are counted for the same participant.
  • Each ticket must be registered during the period in which it was purchased. Tickets bought in an earlier period can no longer be registered once that period closes.
  • Entries accumulate: every entry you earn also takes part in all the following draws of the promotion, until the last draw on 30 January 2027.
  • Comex validates every registered ticket against its sales records before the draw.

6. Prize

  • 1 prize: one television [BRAND / SIZE].

Each participant can win a maximum of [ONE] prize across the whole promotion. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods and cannot be transferred.

7. The draw

  • The draw will be held on Monday 9 November 2026 at [PLACE / ONLINE], by random selection among all valid entries, in the presence of [WITNESSES / A NOTARY / A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY].
  • Alternate winners will also be drawn in case a winner is disqualified or cannot be contacted.

8. How winners are contacted and claim prizes

  • Only winners are contacted, by phone at the number they registered. Winners' names are not published on this website.
  • If we cannot reach a winner after [3] attempts over [5] business days, the prize will go to the next alternate winner.
  • To claim a prize, the winner must present, within [30] days of being contacted:
    • a valid photo ID (or, for minors, the parent's or guardian's ID and proof of relationship); and
    • the original ticket(s) that match the registered data. Tickets that are missing, damaged, altered or do not match the registration will not be accepted.
  • The prize will be delivered at the winner's store, on a date agreed with the winner.

9. Publicity

Winners agree that Comex may publish their name, town and photographs or videos of the prize delivery on Comex social media and promotional materials, without additional payment. [If a winner does not wish to appear, they must tell us when they are contacted.]

10. Disqualification

Comex may cancel entries or withdraw a prize if a participant:

  • provides false, incomplete or someone else's information;
  • registers tickets that are not theirs or that were not purchased during the promotion period;
  • uses automated means or attempts to manipulate the promotion; or
  • breaches these Terms and Conditions.

11. Liability

Comex is not responsible for registrations that are not received because of connection failures, technical problems or incorrect data entered by the participant. The liability of Comex ends with the delivery of the prize. Manufacturer warranties apply to physical prizes.

12. Changes and cancellation

Comex may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion for reasons beyond its control, or if required by law. Any changes will be published on this website.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

14. Governing law
